Although it has been a couple of weeks since the floors has been finished, I haven't really put the place back together yet. I'm now interviewing painters, and when they come, I'll have to move everything again anyway.
The walls have needed paint since I moved in - oh four years ago - but I haven't been able to figure out what colors I want. Now I have no choice. The floors are so beautiful now that the walls look ridiculous. So I'm looking for painters who also do color consulting.
Ah, the joys of home ownership!

What kinds of colors do you like? I spent forever picking the colors for my condo, and eventually found the right shade of yellow. Never found the perfect red, but found an almost perfect one. My advice is to go get some of those tester kits and paint a square, to see whether you really do like it. It always looks different in the can.
Wow! Very nice! I love hardwood floors. Down with carpet! Do you do skate around in your condo in your socks?
I don't envy you these tasks. Decorating was never my forte

The floors look FAB. I know what a pain it is having them done, I still have boxes I haven't unpacked since we refinished ours in February.
